If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your order, just return the product back to us within 30 days to receive a full refund. If the merchandise is defective, we will supply you with a replacement. Defective items must be reported, by email or phone, within 30 days of it being received. Prior to shipping back any products, please contact us for an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #). Packages mailed back to us without an RMA # may experience delays. We will provide you with a USPS shipping label to ship the package back with. Butane Lighters Wholesale will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
